Amazing toy, terribly short life

"tl;dr The stars lost in the rating are due entirely to the fact an amazing and expensive $100+ toy only lasted 2. 5 years due to poor construction/battery. I prefer a strooong rumble from a design I can sit-grind or lay on. Touch X's design and rumble tick those boxes. The strength of the rumble and the speed adjustments are a huge step up from my other toy. The design is also ergonomic for use during penetrative sex, for clit stimulation. Its strongest rumble is intense, and it's never left me feeling like I need it any stronger. Satisfying and deep vibrations. Which is why this next part is so disappointing. . . I bought Touch X in exactly April 2023, and as of September 2025, the battery no longer holds 100% charge and dies within FIVE MINUTES of use, even after a full TWO hours of recharging. Toy doesn't blink to indicate it's at low battery either. It's never been dropped or damaged. I've tried to troubleshoot the issue in multiple ways, and to no success. I'm not entirely shocked the battery seems to have failed, as I've had grievances with WeVibe's magnetic chargers, but the review is already long. For context, I bought this toy to replace a Lelo vibrator massager whose design wasn't as ergonomic as Touch X - I bought that Lelo in 2014/2015. It's been dropped exactly once (fell onto hard tile floor), is a plug-in style charger, and it still holds a full charge, and functions properly, to this day. . ."

"The product arrived without issue, within a few days of making the order. Well packaged, but not over-packaged and ready to go. Quite a well-rounded Vibe, is compact, durable, low noise and super easy to charge. The little storage bag is well-sized for the Vibe. The different modes (7) can all have their intensity adjusted, from gentle through to strong. Vibrations are mainly focused towards the pointy end, less so the charging port end. Great for exploring different erogenous zones beyond the usual! Depending on where it is used the pointed end can be a bit pointy, but still soft. The design does allow for other less pointy surface areas of the Vibe to be useful though. Much of the broader surface area from below the + button to the point is useful! Faultless after 2 weeks, so that's a good start."
