Orders are packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in plain brown boxes. Your order will be delivered by Australia post and can be tracked from dispatch through to delivery. We do everything possible to to make sure your order is delivered on time. We also offer a Click & Collect option for our Melbourne customers.

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from JOUJOU at our Moorabbin Warehouse in Melbourne.
Once we have put together your order, we will send you a "ready for collection" email to let you know that your order is ready for pickup.
All Click and Collect orders are ready within 24hrs, and often same day of purchase.
*Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

Of course! We send all orders in boring brown boxes or plain satchels so that the only person getting excited about your delivery is you.

If you're out when the courier tries to deliver your package, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.
Yes. All of our couriers offer order tracking as standard. You will receive information via email on how to track your order once your order is sent.
You are able to track the progress of your order via the tracking link we send you in the dispatch confirmation email. If your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us.
