Good product - wrong version

"This is an endorsement for both the product and JOUJOU's service as a company. First the product. The look and feel is high quality, we'll see how long it lasts. It won't get heavy use so I suspect it will last as long as we want to use a mask in our play. The part that touches the face is a nice soft material making it comfortable for extended wear and the outside material has a very shiny appearance. The only bad thing for us is there was a mix up at the warehouse level and we received the incorrect version of the mask. After contacting JOUJOU about the mix up we were informed that they were now out of stock of the product we originally ordered. After expressing our disappointment with this and the fact that now we don't have matching pieces to our bondage ensemble, JOUJOU quickly offered the only correct solution in this case and that was to issue a full refund since they didn't have the original product. Kudos to JOUJOU's customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction. We will be ordering from them again."
