Fantastic thing

"This is a wonderful toy. I was recently very disappointed by how terrible the Kiiroo Onyx+ was considering how much it cost (it was so crap that it's now e-waste), so I ordered the Lovense Max 2 to replace it in the hopes this one lived up to the hype. It actually did. The app is fantastic and everything just works unlike FeelConnect and the Kiiroo stuff. Ordered another Lovense product for my wife immediately once I was happy it worked as advertised. On a side note (JouJou staff please take note!): the Kiiroo Onyx+ is actually a fire hazard through bad engineering. When I pulled it apart to recycle the electronics, I saw a simple but totally unacceptable mistake for a toy that contains a LiPo battery. The battery has 2 LiPo cells in series (called 2S, S = Series). This is done all the time to get a higher voltage for devices that need it. The problem, is that they do not have balance charging for the two cells. I'll spare you the technical details, but this makes it possible to overcharge one of the cells if you either get 1 bad cell, or even if one degrades just slightly faster than the other (common for LiPo batteries). Look up what happens to LiPo batteries when they are overcharged on youtube if you aren't familiar. The Onyx+ should actually be recalled over this to prevent houses being burnt down. It probably won't happen often, but given enough customers it WILL happen sooner or later. Buy the Max instead! You won't regret it."
